West Bromwich Albion (H)

Post by Del »

We can confirm that a pitch inspection is planned for 1.30pm ahead of tonight’s Birmingham Senior Cup game with West Bromwich Albion.

We will update accordingly.

I thought we played well last night. After West Brom scored after 5 minutes I thought it was going to be a long night but we dug in.
Stan looks a good player, he has pace and isn’t afraid to take on defenders and put the ball into the box. He and Zac Hartley linked up well in the second half, I’d like to see Zac play more games.
We looked a threat from set pieces, Ison seems to be using the long throw more since Danny took over as manager. We definitely had enough chances to take the game to penalties at least but it’s the story of our season really!
