Weather Watch

Post by Del »

Looks like it could be both warm and very wet (and possibly noisy) for the friendly this evening!

Del,

Please let me know when a sense of humour is banned, as it can’t be far away :-)

Thanks,
Lee

What a fixture to schedule for a Tuesday night anyway - sure, no fans present, but the away team have to travel...

First snow of the season. Buxton's game is on but a pitch inspection is taking place at present. Games at khalsa and Sutton have been called off :due to the weather". Presumably this more to do with conditions for travel than it is pitch conditions given they have artificial surfaces.
Halesowen has seen their game called off too

Assorted FA Trophy matches oop north (and the Highland League game at Fort William, perhaps unsurprisingly) off...

A lot of rain forecast for the next few days. We will see how the pitch copes with it before Tuesdays game

It's grim up north, just in case the Southerners think they have had a monopoly on bad weather...
