As with the "Forum Changes" topic, I'll keep you in the loop of any changes with the HTFCSA website in here.
01/02/12
The "Upcoming HTFCSA Events" section on the homepage and on various other pages of the website is now database driven so, in theory, the days of me being behind on updating those sections is over.
With the Official Site now launched and this website moved to the new host I can focus a bit more attention on this site to get it completely up to scratch.

As pointed out by one or two of our more eagle eyed visitors, the website was slipping considerably out of date. To hopefully end this once and for all the upcoming events area of the Events page is now database driven so, as long as I'm kept up to date on upcoming events, the page should always have relevant information on.
On a similar note the Travel Club section is also now database driven so when the fixtures come out, the information on there will change, automatically deleting games that have already been played. As there is currently no away league fixtures information that section will remain hidden until they are released.

With the announcement of the fixtures for the upcoming season, the full fixture list poster has been added to the Media page. Once I recieve price information from the Travel Club, the fixtures will appear on the Travel Club page where they will (fingers crossed) be updated automatically from then on.

With the release of the Travel Club arrangements, the Travel Club page has been updated to include them. The page has been designed to automatically remove played fixtures from the list in a similar way to how the "Next Up for the Pitmen" section of the official site's homepage does.

Following the success of making a mobile friendly version of the official club website, the same process will now be undertaken for the SA website. Rather than let everyone see a half finished version of the website it will be unavailable until this process is complete. The forum will remain online throughout.

The SA website is approximately 90% "mobile friendly". I'll continue to tweak it over the coming days but it's back online as the changes will be purely cosmetic from this point on.
If you access http://www.htfcsa.co.uk from your mobile device it should automatically tailor to your screen size.
