Travel Club AGM 2018

The Hednesford Town Independent Travel Club AGM will take place in Strikers Bar at Keys Park on Thursday 21st June at 7.30pm.
All Committee positions will be up for election / re-election and all Gold Members and prospective Gold Members are welcome to attend.
NOTE - the Treasurer will be standing down.
The current Treasurers position involves managing all aspects of the Travel Club finances (Gold Membership, coach payments, Bonus Ball, setting day passenger fares and maintaining financial records).
It also currently includes the booking and arranging of coaches, setting of departure times, and the cancelling/rearranging of coaches due to fixture changes during the season.
In addition the Treasurer presently also undertakes the separate role of Travel Club Secretary, maintaining club records, minuting of AGM/club meetings etc.
If you are interested in taking on the role of Treasurer as it is currently or other aspects of the current role outlined above, please liaise with Phil Philip Raybould Chairperson or Ken Leese Vice Chair Person/Bookings Coordinator at or prior to the AGM thanks.
