I have got in mind a West Country influenced soup for the Boxing Day encounter. I will be interested in the feedback from that one!

I had French Onion with Gruyere and Croutons, which can be verified by Mr Berrington.

French Onion with Gruyere sounds extremely appetising! That cheese does add a lot of flavour to a soup.
