"What happened to enfiled?" - oh dear!!

"what does it do to marine!" - it's like asking what it would do to Hednesford! I can't see why anyone would think that anyone else would be affected by Met Police replacing Enfield in the play-offs apart from Met Police and Enfield and the other play-off teams in that league!!

Some tremendous-sounding new names at step four there - the likes of Molesey, South Park, Phoenix Sports and Slimbridge just trip off the tongue. The best one surely has to Evo-Stik Division 1 South newbees Shaw Lane Aquaforce though. I bet that had our six-fingered friends across the Chase scrambling to Google Search for that one! With respect to teams at that level, it really does make you appreciate the league (and quality of opposition) we play at when these allocations are released at this time of year

Haseley is a proven goalscorer at that level. Very shrewd and will probably see Strangers win the league as their defence was very reliable

Hereford will play in the Midland Football League, and Salisbury in the Wessex League

I'm sure we all wish them both well.

Well, one of them anyway

Stuart Pierpoint leaves Brackley for Stourbridge - would it be greedy to think we could gazump them as we did Strangers with Josh Craddock?

Mansfield sign Thomas

Presumably players at the lower level can see in the dark?

Barrow go full-time

Wonder how many of their part-time players will leave to ensure continuity of employment in their day-jobs....
