Real Ale in the Midlands

Post by Glyn »

http://nativemonster.com/food-and-drink ... shropshire

Real ale, Scotch eggs, pork pie. A balanced diet

Who's been in most of those then - I think I've done about five of them (and I'm virtually teetotal these days!)

Sponsored walk route??

Del, wasn't this the Brewery that was featured in Alex Politzzi's 'The Fixer' programme on BBC 2 sometime last year?
I remember all the problems he had installing that bottling plant.

Yes it was ... and I think they are making a special repeat of just that one on the BBC on April 01 - not sure of the actual channel or time though.

Here we go, mentioned this on the Stour reviews thread last week

Watched it on catch-up last evening, good stuff (though I haven't tasted it...)

Wednesday's episode seems not yet to be on 5's iplayer but you may be able to find it via your own tv provider
