OFFICIAL STATISTICS
As recently appointed official statistician at Hednesford Town Football Club I am starting this topic in order that I can post any memorable stats as they occur.
Hope this topic will be of interest to you all.

Re: OFFICIAL STATISTICS
17/08/2013 v Stalybridge Celtic (Skrill North)
Francino Francis made his 50th start for the Pitmen and celebrated his 5th HTFC goal in the process, well done Francino.
Elliott Durrell moved closer to the 100 goal mark for the Pitmen with a hat trick taking him to 90 goals in total, superb El.
Quite a few others are nearing notable milestones - watch this space.

Re: OFFICIAL STATISTICS
Hello Bob, on behalf of the football club, I asked PitmanKeith to take up the post. With many different media outlets now and with different people having responsibility for each one, we were starting to see some discrepancies in the statistics starting to show up. This called for a single 'go to man' with the time and inclination to be the guardian of the statistics, PitmanKeith was the ideal candidate.Bob C wrote:A great appointment Keith, but, who appointed you. where did the title come from?PitmanKeith wrote:As recently appointed official statistician at Hednesford Town Football Club I am starting this topic in order that I can post any memorable stats as they occur.

Re: OFFICIAL STATISTICS
With Louis Briscoe, Ross Dyer and now Chris Clements in recent weeks all playing for Mansfield Town in League Two it means that the number of players which have gone on from Hednesford Town to play in the Football League now stands at 105.
Lets hope that number continues to grow in the coming years.

No let's keep them all and get to League Two ourselves!Scott wrote:With Louis Briscoe, Ross Dyer and now Chris Clements in recent weeks all playing for Mansfield Town in League Two it means that the number of players which have gone on from Hednesford Town to play in the Football League now stands at 105.

No I didn't These come from the fine files of Club Historian Dave Shaw so I can say that they are 100% correct.Glyn wrote:Did you have the Official Statistician's permission to post on this thread?Scott wrote:With Louis Briscoe, Ross Dyer and now Chris Clements in recent weeks all playing for Mansfield Town in League Two it means that the number of players which have gone on from Hednesford Town to play in the Football League now stands at 105.

Re: OFFICIAL STATISTICS
Following the Worcester game I can confirm that John Disney completed 50 starts for The Pitmen, congratulations John.
Also the game marked the end of a 13 match winning streak which started following the 0-0 draw at Marine 6/4/13.

The 13 match winning run must be a club all time record?

Would it be churlish of me to suggest that we didn't actually beat Fylde in the POSF, it was a draw....??Perton Pitman wrote:The 13 match winning run must be a club all time record?

YES!!!!
We still won the game officially, 6-4, otherwise we wouldn't have played FC in the final

Don't know Perton, I may look old but certainly not born prior to 1880.
