The Travel Club AGM will take place at Keys Park on Thursday 20th June starting at 7-30pm.
With regard to travel costs for next season these will be discussed at the AGM, last year's costs were £170 and £200, this season we will be travelling to 21 grounds compared to previous 19 due to not running coaches to Stafford and Rushall.
Therefore subject to further discussion and ratification at the AGM, taking into account these two additional games and associated additional coach costs as a consequence, it is proposed that the travel costs for next season will be in the region of £190 and £220.
Although an increase on last season, this is due to the additional two matches. So if ratified at the AGM in real terms this equates to an actual freeze on travel costs, as the additional £20 will enable Gold Members to travel to these two extra games.
With regard to day rates, these will increase compared to last season due to additional costs incurred by The Travel Club and will be notified after the AGM, for comparison Gold Members will make a saving based on day rates in the region of £80 plus, so it pays to renew your Gold Membership.
