A shame they've focussed entirely on his (very good) management career, ignoring his playing career with more than one local club.. but at least they've acknowledged his passing, not a word on the BBC football website as I type...

RIP Harry Wilkes.

Harry volunteered on the car park at Keys Park for several years from around 2010ish onwards. He also helped sell programmes as and when required.

I knew Harry for many years and he will be sadly missed.
