I hear that Chester confirmed their promotion to the Conference National at the weekend (sorry I'm behind the times, it's been a hectic weekend!)

We have mixed feelings about them but congrats to the fans who've worked to hard to rescue the phoenix club from the flames of the Vaughan bonfire

I think I got the original name (which, I have to admit, did surprise me a bit anyway) off Twitter earlier in the day - but the correct name was confirmed this evening at Keys Park. Good luck to the lad!!

Congratulations to HTFCSA Committee Member, loyal supporter, sometime turnstile operator etc etc and generally all-round good chap Gareth Davies on his wedding to the lovely Ruth this coming Saturday.

Hope all goes well, even though you've sentenced yourself to years of missing games by getting married in the football season!
