Some straight-talking from Boreham Wood's chairman. Sometimes the phrase 'build it and they will come' just doesn't happen.
This guy would be a great signing for someone closer to his Mansfield home - really good attacking midfielder with shedloads of experience

Bangor City: They currently play in the Cymru North on the second level of the Welsh football league system
(so pub league!), and host games at Nantporth, known for sponsorship purposes as The Eurogold Stadium.
Now behave all of you and stop winding Glyn up!

SOlihull attracted in excess of 3000 for tonight’s game. Rather than charging standard admission prices they ran an honesty box scheme with the proceeds going to local community projects

Their MD was on WM saying they're trying all options to attract new fans in competition with two big local clubs (Villa and Villa reserves, of course...)
New fans rewarded with a win and Ossie winning a penalty

The reporter on WM said the total raised for charity was £3000. Not great at £1 average especially as the proceeds were for charity.

SOLihull is affluent for a good reason. The residents are a load of tightwads.
