Hmmm no 2:

I thought the throwing of smoke bombs was illegal, but this appears to be celebrating it...?

(I haven't said that in reply to the tweet, didn't want to appear churlish... ;) )

York City – only one step higher than Hednesford in NLN – release their new season ticket prices. Safe to say it hasn’t gone down well with the fans in twitterland:
Image
Utterly criminal prices to watch step two of non-league football. By contrast, an old workmate of mine has just renewed his season card at Sunderland for next season. Cost… £310, twenty quid cheaper than York’s ‘early bird’ prices - to watch football four levels higher. I've also seen word of Scarborough putting their matchday prices up next season to pay for the new side stand they’re building, so hitting the fans in the pocket is very much in vogue to pay for expensive new projects

Not N-LN, but Man City have put up their ST prices by 3% for next season.

Like Scarborough, they need the money...

The clubs invited to represent England in next season's Irn Bru Cup* (last season it was Sutton Utd and Boreham Wood) are Solihull Moors and Wrexham. You know it makes sense...

* from a friend:

The pedant in me must point out that, for sponsorship reasons, the Irn Bru Cup is now called the Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Cup.

:twisted: :clap:
