Indeed it is.

As in all walks of life loyalty is a rare commodity. What goes around comes around I guess and at some point all managers feel like they have been dumped on so some probably like to land the first blow.

He was talking to the NLP only last Sunday about being the first wheelchair-bound manager to manage in the FA Cup proper.

I still think there is more to this than just an assistant manager taking a holiday.
But I suppose the real reason will stay in the dark halls off footballs way of life.

I also like the "work with players to help improve and develop regardless of their age or experience" bit. But not too much experience please. Otherwise we'll have to show you the door.

Will be interesting to see how KMR gets on. Clubs at this level do have a fair few youngsters in their ranks as well as a sprinkling of experienced heads. I doubt that many sides (I've seen a fair few games in this league in the last 12 months) will try to pass the ball around too much as the players simply aren't good enough and some pitches are poor.
