It was in Sunday's Non League Paper.
And that is where I saw it!
Yet it took you until Tuesday evening to text me about it, and then not quoting your source.

:-D
I didn't get to that page until Tuesday evening. I was enjoying the sun on Sunday and Monday at Sandwell Valley and Telford. Believe it or not I have other things to do on a Sunday not just reading the paper!

Tell him off Del!

Indeed I could, but then I wouldn't have time to read it, so I'm happy to rely on you NLP readers to keep us informed

From what I understand Chris Clements signed an 18 month contract at Grimsby in January 2017. He ended the season on loan at Forest Green.
As his Grimsby contract is due to expire I wonder why there is no mention of him here. I've tried to check his Twitter but his tweets are protected:

They seem to have just airbrushed him out of their squad!

There are about 47 "Chris Clements"es on Facebook but none of them are saying what he's doing next season - d'you think we could get him back?

 :(

I know he's not an old player of ours but the pedant in me notices that Shaun Pearon of Wrexham gets in.

I thought Shaun Pearson, also of Wrexham, had a better season!

Borrowing Lee's link from another thread, Blissett terms now agreed...

Dwyer didn’t set the world on fire last season. He did say ok, but he really needs an extra yard of pace to be a truly effective wide player.

Steve Diggin and Glenn Walker have just won the FA Trophy with Brackley. Equalised with the last kick of the game and eventually won 5-4 on penalties, with both scoring their kicks.

... my "pal" Ian Danter was commentating on the Trophy Final on TalkSPORT 2 and talked about "the lottery of a penalty shoot-out...."

I'm trying hard to stop myself from PM-ing or tweeting him about that...

While we're on Wembley, fans complaining that the fans singing their tributes to Ray Wilkins couldn't be heard on Saturday because the PA music system is too loud.

I said as much after my only trip to the new Wembley, Kidder v Stevenage Trophy Final in 2007 (it was included in my online review which was on the "Football Grounds Guide" website [and pasted onto this forum] but seems to have dropped off now) - takes them a long time to learn

Meanwhile Tony Incenzo, who seems to be claiming the credit for "Non League Finals Day" - says it was his idea as crowds were falling so low that the games might have been taken away from Wembley - reckons every club which enters both Vase and Trophy should take a coach full of fans.

Erm, hang on, some of those clubs don't have 50 fans. And some which do don't take 50 to away games, so why should 50 of them want to go and have their ears blasted at Wembley (and pay for overpriced food and drink, even if the ticket prices are low) to watch four teams they don't support?

(Excuse thread drift ;) :-D )

Let's hope the team swing plenty of crosses into the box for those two games then!
