TS said "mutual consent" - as I type there is, remarkably, and unless I'm looking in the wrong place, no statement on either SUFC official site or Twitter - perhaps they're still writing it...?
He's done a great job everywhere he's gone ("one bad season in 19 years", as Sam Allardyce has put it) and will do so wherever he goes next. There will be lots of vacancies!

I'd missed, but Lee spotted and alerted me to it, that Colchester appointed Maldon and Tiptree's manager on an interim basis in a move similar to Solihull's "borrowing" of Stourbridge's manager:
