Oh dear Will Vale’s young guns be playing Frank the plank’s progressive 4-0-6 ‘play where you fancy‘ formation? His handling of the young loanees here was terrible and constantly played them out of position so I’m dubious about his ability to work with younger players. Casey aside, the worst managerial appointment we made in the past 10 years

I still remember all too vividly that it was after we'd lost at Rushall on a Boxing Day WM were running an interview about the way he worked at Moors with no contract... then he was off like a shot and they nicked Liam McDonald from us - although we now dislike him pretty intensely too he had made a great start at Keys Park.... but then went on to ruin our squad taking the best players to Solihull with him...
