Sent off in his debut, I've just heard...

And possibly playing when cup-tied, though that's unofficial... but this would seem to affirm same

Struggling with the traveling to stafford then. Having seen him clamber into a battered old fiesta after the opening game of the season, it just goes to show that footballer doesn't always equal money and if they can save a few quid by playing closer to home it makes sense even though he is now playing for a team in the bottom 4.

Keith has pointed out elsewhere that there may not be a "cup-tied" rule in the League Cup.

I'm glad I'm not a Club Secretary, every competition has its own rules, it's a minefield!

Not 100% certain maybe Terry can enlighten us.

Having witnessed his very fired up performances against us ( put more effort in those two games than he did when playing for us) I suspect he sees the red mist when playing against former clubs. He should have got a red card in the FA Trophy replay

Should be interesting then, as most of his games this season will be against former clubs :)

:-D

We've played Sutton twice, so unless he rejoins Stour I think we've seen the last of him for this season....

He managed 10 games for us and about 9 for Sta**ord. So taking this into account along with his upcoming suspension and any postponed games over the holiday period, he will next rock up at Keys Park sometime in January with Halesowen or Rushall.

Everybody's favourite ex-player talking, dare I suggest, more eloquently than he ever played for us....

We cannot 'dual-register' a player with Chasetown PP, we are both member clubs in the same League.

I meant between Cashtown and Walsall Wood. somebody mentioned awhile back he went to Walsall Wood from Cashtown after he left us.

Indeed and I said I reckoned he might be taking two steps back to take one or two forward.

We're all right

Danksy is now with Lye Town, came off the bench to score last Tuesday in a 4-0 win against Shawbury...

Shocked and stunned

And by the way, if they think Maye is a "striker" they're in for a shock!

I think the goings-on in football in and around Birmingham lately have confirmed that the game, to quote a broadcaster I often listen to, is "going to hell in a handcart"
