Yes and the majority are from step 5 clubs so I reckon their fate is sealed even more so now. We all know how effective the majority of such signings turn out to be.

Probably combination of anticipated weather and number games played on a pitch that needs renovating come summer especially drainage.

Stourbridge was on half an hour ago but the situation is likely to be reviewed again according to twitter. Telford and Solihull have also had their home games called off.
