Potentially more to be released as well according to Mr Smith in the Star. I think they have one too many central defenders ;)

Highlights here - RTB's two goals, a PA announcer who just LOVES the sound of his own voice, and that wonder-goal on 11:30, tap-in, great advantage played by the lady ref....

Richie Batchelor has left Worcester, (I did spot this on Facebook the other day but of course we don't deal in rumours....), now a free agent to get some game time:

I didn't much like the way he left us.... but might he be that midfield enforcer which people are saying we need??

I wouldn't want him anywhere near our team - he's rubbish and he didn't delay in giving the club stick on social media when the Ossy saga was ongoing.

Agreed. We left players with that kind of attitude in the Frank era. With Perry and Batchelor in the team, stafford are really starting to put together a team that will down tools when the chips are down!

Seems to be a unanimous response on Batchelor then...

Just checked Geddes' Facebook page, nowt on there either. I wonder if a transfer was announced before it had actually happened....

I was musing this morning (and there might be a forum thread in this... yes there will be.... so please answer there - viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3348) - how many ex-Pitmen have featured in the last, say, five years, for Strangers/Pics/Chasetown - and how many have come to us from them (and back again or on to one of the others in many cases....)

Yeah, but Mugisha doesn't count as he never played competitively for us, therefore his goal should also be struck off...

Shouldn't count anyway as Jim Mutton headed it into his own net attempting to clear it.
