Our intrepid non-league reporter was there and can maybe tell us how he played....
Jamey played quite well, he kept the ball well, embarked on a couple of his runs through the defence, passed well, didn't moan at the referee at all, didn't go down too easily and attempted one of his 60-yard lobs but on this occasion the keeper got back in time to pluck it out of the air.
In saying that though, whilst he played well he didn't do anything spectacular to make him stand out and Moors were heading for a comfortable 0-2 defeat until Bignot made a treble change. They got it back to 2-2 but the protagonist was Akwasi Asante, whose direct running and urgency going forward created space and chances for others which they were able to take. A decent start from Jamey at this level and he can certainly cut it, he just needs to find that something extra special that we know he has.

Thanks Lee. You're starting to sound like a proper football reporter. Just don't use the phrase "going forward"

Jon Adams has turned up at Stour so we'll soon be renewing acquaintances!

"Molesworth" in the heading isn't then mentioned in the article but is Liam Molesworth who featured for us pre-season
