It will be interesting to see what happens to the football club as I suspect the good folk of the Borough will wish to retain a successful club, but they they will want the new ground to be hidden well away from residential areas (unless of course it is shunted north towards Chelmsley Wood)
Being compulsory purchased to facilitate the expansion of Landrover apparently. Shame really because a lot of their income comes from renting their car park to Land rover which will impact severely on their finances.

A lot of reorganising to take place at the end of this season re steps 4-6, imagine this is to ensure that all is completed well before the start of next season as I would imagine a lot of appeals will be taking place.
