Sam Barnes to Colwyn Bay. Don't know if it's been announced elsewhere, it's been a busy couple of weeks or so!

Just came across this while looking at the wiki entry for Tom James

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rene_Gilmartin

Nick Rushton to Connah's Quay Nomads, mid-Welsh Premier League.

I'd say that's about his level

Interesting shirt number they've given him!

What with them and "Brackford" we have provided a whole team of former players.

Good spot, that might explain why they've released Hibbert to Teloprtesley.

We're going to have some cracking reunions next season!

I am absolutely buzzing to sign for Tamworth,” Dyer said. “I’ve spoken to a number of local clubs, but coming here was a no-brainer for me.

brain dead if you ask me....

You couldn't expect him to say " I really wanted to go back to Hednesford but they didn't want to sign me so I've settled for this lot instead" though could you? ;)

I'm sure it was a no brainier for Ross from a financial perspective alone. He may have enjoyed playing for us, but the simple fact is that he is probably beyond our budget.

I can't see Tamworth having a bigger budget than us. Very disappointing to see we didn't make the effort to get him here.

Yes, just seen that. I hope we don't miss his goals in our bid to stay in the national north.

I can.

Let's face it, we struggle to compete financially with at least a dozen teams in this league. Four of our players have gone to play for small club in rural Northamptonshire that has less impressive facilities than we have and virtually no support. I'm sure that on pure footballing terms we are a better choice, but money talks

Are there any teams that have a lower budget than ourselves? This is despite being in the top 8 of fan attendances last season. I'm aware of the sugar daddy owners etc. but just just wondered out of interest? Thanks
