Nantwich Town have signed Sam Hall from Leek Town.

I thought the picture of a player holding a scarf as though he were a lifelong fan of the club was exclusively a Premier League preserve. Hey ho, good luck to him

So that's 4 that have gone to Brackley now, 3 of which I would have liked to stay. Frustrating as on size of club and pure footballing reasons Hednesford are a superior option to them. I have a horrible feeling the budget will bite the team hard on the field next season, replacing established Conf North players with those from 2 leagues lower will be an act of managerial genius if it comes off. I guess this is the end for Billy Turley, who I went to school with.

With only 3 left who have not signed for next season I guess it won't take much working out who is leaving!

I think we all accept that Jamey will be leaving at some point, but to whom and when is the question.

Although as far as I understand it (and I could very well be wrong) we can still command a fee for him and he can only leave if the club receives an offer that it wishes to accept?

Brackley have shown a distinct lack of imagination by basically nicking our better players. Seemingly their manager hasn't the nous or judgement of our own manager to unearth talent from a variety of sources.

I don't for one minute think that Brackley will threaten the playoffs next season despite them pinching a couple of our best players.

Next season will be very tough and if Rob can preserve our status he will have done well. Our six pointers will be against the likes of Gainsborough, Gloucester etc

A lot of work has gone into getting us to this level and it would be a real shame of this were lost as we command decent attendances and have an excellent stadium.

Your HTFC season ticket should get you into both games as it's our team which will be playing...

He lives in Northwich, so the decision must have been very difficult!
