If it's like mine mate, it's just worn out

I've no doubt Rob is well aware of this, though there will be competition for his signature
I'd been advised of that and was wondering if they'd signed him to be Dis' taxi-driver, but not so if he's now living in Donnington.
I would certainly say we have not had a top quality striker since Neil Harvey left.Glyn wrote:I'd been advised of that and was wondering if they'd signed him to be Dis' taxi-driver, but not so if he's now living in Donnington.
While he's a Pitmen legend for his part in our NPL promotion era, I think we all know his best days are well behind him and would be surprised if he's still playing for Telportseley by Christmas
I would say that Danny Glover did extremely well for us (though he's hardly set the world alight since he moved on)Pitman1983 wrote:I would certainly say we have not had a top quality striker since Neil Harvey left.Glyn wrote:I'd been advised of that and was wondering if they'd signed him to be Dis' taxi-driver, but not so if he's now living in Donnington.

Wasn't it Harvs that didn't drive, not Dis? Not that it really matters....Glyn wrote:I'd been advised of that and was wondering if they'd signed him to be Dis' taxi-driver, but not so if he's now living in Donnington.

Telford don't appear to be making the kinds of signings which will send shockwaves through the league.Pitman1983 wrote:Jay Denny has signed for Telford. They are slowly becoming Hednesford of 3 years ago!
All proven players at this level though Perton.Perton Pitman wrote:Telford don't appear to be making the kinds of signings which will send shockwaves through the league.Pitman1983 wrote:Jay Denny has signed for Telford. They are slowly becoming Hednesford of 3 years ago!
I wouldn't say Harvey or Denny are proven at this level. They both played for us in the NPL, Harv had half a season or more in this league with us but was injured for plenty of it, he didn't play at this level for Marine and Denny was never a regular at either Solihull or Worcester.PitmanKeith wrote:All proven players at this level though Perton.Perton Pitman wrote:Telford don't appear to be making the kinds of signings which will send shockwaves through the league.Pitman1983 wrote:Jay Denny has signed for Telford.
