That's quite a big crowd for Ciren, 151 when we played there last season but we accounted for at least half of that number and if memory serves they had at least one gate below 50

Doesn't speak volumes for promotion-chasing Brackley's away support though does it...

Three ex-Pitmen involved in the goal-fest at Alfreton, two of them found the net

Bucks position looking a tad iffy -

I see Florent Raimy has resurfaced at QPR using the pseudonym Diakete - sent off in his first game and withdrawn on a yellow today before he got his second...

Ross Draper now back from 3 months out has missed 19 games and Macclesfield not won any of those matches- need to start winning to avoid relegation

Just seen Styche's name on SSN, on the mark in a FGR 3-1 win over Ebbsfleet today.

Will be interesting to see how far he (and the plethora of ex-HTFC strikers now operating at BSP level and above) goes....

Midfielder?

I thought he was a right-back. But heck, what do I know about football?

Think Rob and Larry converted him to full back at Telford.

He was certainly a midfielder in his first spell with the Pitmen.

Are there two of them, or has he moved on yet again? If so, and bearing in mind that he left one of his clubs this season (was it Leamington?) because the travelling was too much, this is a tad ironic...

I think he left Eastwood because of the travelling from his Birmingham home so Leamington should have been alright. Wasn't he playing for Romulus last we heard? I think he's had more clubs this season than most have in their careers!

(and while we're on that page, "Lee Hendry"?? - if they can't spell his name right the goal doesn't count!)

It is THE Liam Francis, still playing for Romulus though, match report below, cracking OWN GOAL by the sounds of it. :o

Looking at the Belper side good to see an old friend of ours Chris Adam still playing.

And nice to see Gabby and Luther warming the Romulus bench, obviously getting back to their roots

Old crap manager watch, Raynor has left Crawley as has Evans who goes to Rotherham (heavens, haven't the Millers fans suffered enough?!)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17656607

It doesn't specifically say that Raynor goes as number two but one would imagine that's the case

At least one HTFC fan has suggested to me that this might signal the appearance of Crawley on the "Clubs in Crisis" thread.....

Had talkSPORT on on my way to Chasetwon today, programme presented by Posh fan Adrian Durham, who mentioned that Tyrone was out injured for the second successive game, and that the local paper had said:

"Having Sinclair in instead of Barnett is a bit like finding that Janet Street-Porter is in an episode of Friends instead of Jennifer Aniston"

Marv on the mark again for Brackley as they lift the SLP title in front of a crowd of 290.

The 4 other play-off slots are being chased by 5 teams covered by just 3 points

If they have lifted the SLP title it is rather premature. Oxford City in 4th have only played 38 matches, they are 11 points behind and can finish on 82 points. Brackley currently have 81!
