I can see a couple of problems there, pitch maintenance, coincides with the cricket season and some teams share with cricket clubs.
Apart from that it's a much too sensible idea.

Apart from that it's a much too sensible idea.

THe plan assumes lockdown is lifted in March. This isn't guaranteed and lockdown isn't a binary issue, i.e. schools may re-open, but pubs and hospitality may follow on later.
