That would explain why he wasn't on the bench yesterday then when we only had four subs, one of which was injured.
Pricey has now signed for Strangers.

A blot on what has otherwise been an impeccable season thus far.

Pricey is starting tonight for Strangers in their league cup tie against Rushall. Luke Bottomer is also playing for Strangers.

Who'd have thought it when he was struggling at Telford (as they used to be called....)

I daresay we still retain his VCN registration but it may be the time now to take him off the squad list on the back of our programme, although it does at least make our squad look bigger than it actually is

I think it was from there that we signed him wasn't it? (necessitating "International clearance")

I'd say he's found his level

Funny we were talking about him today, and another ex-Pitman at Chester; and bro told me that Steve Burr, on signing the Blose player on loan (who had signed for Telportseley a day or two earlier) had said "we haven't had a right back all season" - erm.....

Novel spelling of "I've" - surprised you didn't mention it Lee, knowing that I've given up pedantry for the New Year

Is that he who scored twice at Yeltz today then?

(James/Jamie, what's in a namie?)

Decent (crows) at Chorley today while you're on that page...

Told you before, don't confuse me, I'm old!

Elsewhere:

a) I read that Dis was at Keys Park today - I'm afraid we no longer have a vacancy at right-back though

b) Ash Williams' 300th appearance for Swansea today. Could do well...

I doubt we could afford Dia anyway. We will have a vacancy in midfield shortly when Thomas returns to Mansfield. I bet either Dis or Hurst could do a job playing on the right hand side.

With all the bookings we are picking up we will probably be affected by suspensions so extra bodies may be needed for the odd game.
Good of him to come back and watch us

I'd bring Disney back and move Hurst into midfield. He has so much class I think he's a bit of a waste at full back. I thought one of the reasons he left though was he'd had enough of the travelling?

I never saw or heard anywhere that Dis left because of the travelling. He might have been a bit closer to home for training and home games playing for Chester but Chester have to travel to places like Dover, Dartford and Gateshead!
If the money works out (and I've got no idea if it does) we should sign Disney at right back and put Hurst in midfield for when Thomas leaves, if RS wants to stick with only 1 up front. We are having to work very hard to create chances but Hurst is quality, far too good to play at right back, if we move him up the pitch we'd have much more creative quality about us.

Weird - Kidder are moving players out right, left and centre - that's three more this week (albeit one was on a season loan anyway) - Gash gone to Barnet
