Be a great signing for someone, best keeper in the Midlands imo.

Some interesting snippets from Chasetown's squad update - Melbourne remains for 20/21, Ryan Wynter is returning to Stafford (oh dear  ) and apparently George Cater has been approached by ourselves to return to KP... Unofficial until it's official of course.

Chris Clements is in contract negotiations with Cheltenham:

https://www.ctfc.com/news/2020/june/201 ... ased-list/

Yet the midfielder who came on in both play-off games against Northampton, and in so doing keeping Clemmo on the bench for the whole 180+ minutes, has been released.

It’s a funny old game.

Wasn’t he the guy we dual registered with Bilston but who never played or even sat on the bench for us?

Just had a quick look through the records and he didn’t even manage to get on the bench for us in a 6-0 win against Lichfield City in the Staffs Senior Cup, so what chance had he got of playing a league game?!

Last time I heard his name mentioned was 7 or 8 months ago when we were told by the management that he had 'flu. Thought he was still feeling a bit off colour as he hadn't surfaced since.

I can’t remember him at all. This is either because I didn’t actually see him or because of encroaching dementia.
