Re: Non-League News
Roms seem to have signed a complete new team; at least one of them may be a HT OP, but since they can't be bothered naming them, and the link to their website doesn't work.... and this one is way out of date...

May have been reported elsewhere but spennymoor are having problems with their pitch which led to the game yesterday being postponed.

Some straight-talking from Boreham Wood's chairman. Sometimes the phrase 'build it and they will come' just doesn't happen.
This guy would be a great signing for someone closer to his Mansfield home - really good attacking midfielder with shedloads of experience

Bangor City: They currently play in the Cymru North on the second level of the Welsh football league system (so pub league!), and host games at Nantporth, known for sponsorship purposes as The Eurogold Stadium.

SOlihull attracted in excess of 3000 for tonight’s game. Rather than charging standard admission prices they ran an honesty box scheme with the proceeds going to local community projects

Their MD was on WM saying they're trying all options to attract new fans in competition with two big local clubs (Villa and Villa reserves, of course...)Perton Pitman wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08 2019 10:11 pm SOlihull attracted in excess of 3000 for tonight’s game. The reporter on WM said the total raised for charity was £3000. Not great at £1 average especially as the proceeds were for charity.Perton Pitman wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08 2019 10:11 pm SOlihull attracted in excess of 3000 for tonight’s game. SOLihull is affluent for a good reason. The residents are a load of tightwads.abacus wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12 2019 9:35 pmThe reporter on WM said the total raised for charity was £3000. Some mudslinging going on on Twitter as Bilston Town sack Jason Walters straight after their 0-2 home defeat to Smethwick Rangers and almost immediately appoint Wayne Spicer...
