Things have gone from bad to worse for Truro City - soon to be renamed the Cornish Tigers! Now owned by the Cornish Pirates rugby club and being run by a predominantly rugby minded board, they are looking doomed as a football club .. as resources are sparse and concentration is now on the planned Stadium 4 Cornwall!

Bolton contd...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47500131

TalkSPORT report that the man Bassini, who may be the prospective purchaser, has twice been declared bankrupt and was banned from being a FC Director for 3 years. That's all right then...

Bolton's chairman communicates with their fans - and I love how he ends with "Regards, Ken"!

Based on the replies, he's not very popular....

Bassini saving them "at the eleventh hour"...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47963769

In a recent interview with TalkSPORT he said that he had a 2-year plan - which would be a 3-year plan if they go down shortly - to have them back in "the Premiership..."

So, that's either Scotland or rugby, then....

Bolton "ordered" to complete their fixtures

https://www.skysports.com/football/news ... Vv5DeKRh6A

Good; though how, if the players are on strike - and they're not allowed to field a youth team under, erm, EFL rules!
