Disney and Woolfe feature as Nomads win at Hampden Park to reach the Irn Bru Cup SFs (damn, forgot it was on BBC Alba so I watched Wales on S4C instead, though that did at least involve football rather than rugby, click, on the link and see the replies... :-D )
