So, Steve Burr is the new manager of Stafford Rangers.

That's fine by me, his recent managerial record doesn't suggest that Stafford will find themselves competing for promotion next season.

I'm intrigued as to whether he will chase the dream in the National League (long trips to Gateshead and Barrow etc) at the age of 38, or whether he will look for a move to regional football in the south again.

If memory serves from looking at his wiki entry last week (I posted it on the NPL thread) he played for them, for longer than he played for us..

But we do know that you always thought highly of him...

Melvin controversially denied a goal... Woolfie gets 12+ minutes on the pitch, and will be playing in Europe next season....

A bit harsh. The guy has every expectation of being allowed to work without criticism.

Count the ex-Pitmen in the Walsall Wood squad for their Polymac SF yesterday! (8/16 I make it but am happy to be corrected...)

They won 3-1 and are into the final

Lee tells me that Kennedy Digie has been accepted onto the V9 academy, but he'll have to tell us what his source is, I can find nothing on KHFC, V9 Academy Twitter or NLD!
