Jordan Tunnicliffe joins Elliott Durrell at the Jamie Vardy academy this week (neither of them is still with the clubs listed against their names...)

http://nonleague.pitchero.com/headlines ... arts-week/

I don't see any point in Liverpool, Arsenal or Man Utd scouting Tunnicliffe when he's already made his dream move to Flyde...

I don't remember Tunnicliffe and can't be bothered to research him. When did he play for us?

He was on loan to us from kiddy for a couple of months. I think it was during the Frank era.

Jordan Tunnicliffe arrived from Kidderminster Harriers on a one month loan on 21/3/2015 (Rob and Larrys final full season).
He made four starts, all in the Conference North, Tamworth (A) 1-3, Oxford City (H) 0-2, Solihull Moors (A) 1-1 and Lowestoft (A) 2-2.

Surprised this isn't on the forum yet, as Lee texted me about it a few hours ago...

Chey Dunkley to Wigan on a 3-year deal

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40159991

Yes, it's the same division, but a) they may be paying him more and/or b) maybe he just wants to play in a ground with two ends...

Gavin Hurren to Walsall Wood as player/coach, with Mark Kavanagh taking up the goalkeeper coach role with the club.

George Cleet staying with them too, if you scroll down far enough...

Spotted a few ex-Pitmen popping up here, there and everywhere today:

Watching a re-run of Huddersfield's Wembley celebrations on Sky today, I noticed our former striker Dave 'Shadow' Hanson in amongst it all. He's part of the Terriers backroom staff as assistant physio

Wayne Thomas - a midfielder in 2002-2003 - unveiled Walsall's new kit today as part of his role as the Saddlers commercial manager

Also saw Chris Clements and Clements Jnr shopping in a well-known soft furnishings shop in Erdington today

A clever trick, considering he only joined them on loan until mid-March

He's now joined Gloucester City:

League One. Our ex-players are gradually invading the higher reaches of the pyramid (and yes, I do know about Ash Williams and Chey Dunkley...)

I wonder if he'll save two penalties in a Play Off semi final penalty shoot out?
