The first time that he has ever 'failed'. I'm sure we would all like to see him come to Keys Park, but that's pie in the sky I reckon.

Re: Old Player Watch
HT Solihull 0-0 Lincoln.
It's been fairly even with only one good chance for each team. Solihull hit the post with a header from a corner (I think it was Carline) and Lincoln have had more possession without doing too much. It's fairly cagey and Lincoln seem happy to settle for this so far, I wonder if they'll up the pace second half. There is a big crowd here, car park full and closed by 6:35 and Lincoln have brought loads down.
As for the former Pitmen, Maye and Sammons have worked hard but the game has passed them by a bit, Flanagan has defended well and Carline has played some good football as well.

1650 at the game. Lincoln obviously edged it in the end.

Re: Old Player Watch
Lincoln completely dominated the second half, scored early and then kept the ball well for most of the rest of the game. Solihull didn't get a sniff second half.Perton Pitman wrote:1650 at the game. Lincoln obviously edged it in the end.
