They might not quite be in crisis yet - but will be if this happens!

"Former QPR boss Harry Redknapp has been invited to join a consortium which is aiming to buy a club on the south coast, where he lives. The group have been looking at a takeover at League Two side Plymouth Argyle, Conference club Torquay United and Southern Premier League outfit Poole Town."

Yeovil Town have supposedly denied anything like this would happen there!

That is a crying shame - and seemingly far more to do with the Co-op bank moving the goalposts than the club not being well-run... LCFC were featured in the excellent book "Matchday" * fairly soon after the Supporters Trust played a major part in restructuring the club and its finances and keeping it alive, they did and were doing a great job and I've no reason to suppose that that's changed.

I'm not normally an advocate of bigger clubs bailing out smaller ones (especially when the latter have just been mismanaged) but in this instance it would be nice if, say, either Manchester United or their Captain could spare a bit of their petty cash to keep Lincoln afloat
