He signed for Chasetown along with Jack Arrowsmith, Alex Morris and Asa Wright (who may be there on loan I believe). Another former U21, Jack Lewis, is also on trial there

All 5 lads played in Chasetown's game against Heath Hayes earlier this week. All did well with Alex Morris particularly impressing, playing the full 90 minutes and scoring

Another former U21, Jordan Fincher, has joined Romulus and has been featuring regularly in their pre-season games
Asa Wright tweets that he's out for the season with a cruciate injury

Poor lad

Gosh, 1st August means a lot of new registrations.

Indeed it used to for some of us older folk...

Luke Bottomer has officially joined Rushall and (judging from what he wore for his signing photo) appears to have lost a bet.

He's off the hook.

Burton it is (not our favourite club but that's down to a certain official, not the football club itself)

Have they got permission to use all that machinery behind Messrs Allen and Bottomer this time?

Looks like he stays with Posh

I assume it's the same guy that deputised for Brocky three years ago, I think he went to Sheffield Hallam Uni after leaving Sutton Coldfield Town

I think I can safely go public now with this, since the people who had the right of veto over it being made so haven't replied to an email and it's in Saturday's programme anyway - and many of you probably know....

Scott retweeted this at the weekend; Five Live finally got the story this morning and spouted some inane drivel about "was the red card rescinded.... was he allowed back onto the pitch....?"

They really shouldn't let people who know nothing about sport work on a radio station which describes itself as "the home of sport", should they...
