Pitmen v Chorley - MATCH PREVIEWS

Post by Glyn »

Big one!

Looks like the first thing we have to overcome is a disgusting away kit!!

Looking at Saturday's fixtures, you wouldn't expect any of our title rivals to drop points

Does that make this the first-ever "nine-pointer"?!

No pressure....

All depends if Matlock go for the ten men behind the ball approach at Chester ;)

And yes you could be right there Glyn, although having four games in hand on them still helps!

Does that mean that we are good enough to win all our games outstanding and overtake Northwich and Chester

Home 11/10

Draw 5/2

Away 9/5

I reckon this is the sternest test of our long unbeaten home run in the league to date. Expect a tight game with few goals

I think we will win 6-1.

Chorley have struggled by their previous high standards in recent weeks although they did score 7 against Ashton Athletic in midweek.

So Lee thinks we will win by a tennis score - makes a nice change from those muppets who so often talk about teams winning football matches by "a cricket score", failing to realise that 1-0 is a cricket score....
